Dr. Csaba Olay is the Chair of Modern and Contemporary Philosophy, Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest.
Dr. Olay has written extensively in 19th-20th century continental philosophy. This September, he co-organized the international conference “100 Years of Georg Lukács's History and Class Consciousness” in Budapest.
On Thursday, October 19, he will be leading a discussion of this book, focusing on the chapter about “Reification” (pp. 83-109 in the MIT Press edition).
